Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns and refunds are only accepted in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us at contact@illmatic.xyz or 0777065356 within 07 days of receiving your order.
Kindly provide your order number and a clear explanation for the return request.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout (the payment-initiated media) 

  • Customers may alternatively choose an exchange for a product of equal value, subject to availability.

  • If an exchange is not preferred, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to the original payment method at no additional cost.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item sent by us

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by ILLMATIC.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift card
